Guidelines for the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”) are the principles, norms or corporate guidelines required in a healthy corporate management system.

The GCG Guidelines are intended as guidelines or principles in implementing the management and activities of the company as well as a Board Manual for all elements of the Company with the aim of being understood and applied in daily work policies in line with the principles of GCG.

The GCG Guidelines will always make adjustments and improvements to the prevailing laws and regulations and are carried out continuously and continuously in an effort to achieve optimal Company management standards.
