The transformasi is held to meet the new business vision of the company to involve in the development of urban area as its commitment to support government housing program.

At the beginning of the establishment, the company’s name is PT Initiative Dirga Aneka, then in 2008 turned into PT PP Dirganeka. PT PP Dirganeka acquired by PT PP Persero Tbk in 2013 and make it one of the business pillars of PT PP Persero Tbk.

PP Urban is one of the subsidiaries of PT. PP Persero Tbk, focusing in Construction Services, Building Management Services, and Precast Concrete Producers. PP Urban envision for continuous commitment in support of the Government’s One Million Housing Program through its current and future projects.

PT PP Urban conducts its standard operating business process using ISO 9001, ISO 14011 and OHSAS 18001 management system.
