PT. PP Urban is a subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk, which is engaged in the construction and building management, as well as the production of precast concrete.
As a developer, PP Urban is and will build low cost housing and apartment (cash, credit, and lease) using its own land, in synergy with the private sector and state/local enterprises, as well as state land use.
By utilizing the long experience in the precast industry, PP Urban engaged as a contractor of precast-based apartment for internal projects, national, and regional.
In manufacturing, PP Urban will continue to produce and develop precast concrete products, ready-mix concrete products to meet the needs of the housing construction industry and other construction industry.
